I brought my cat in for a routine neuter. He came back with part of his ear permanently cut off (ear-tipped) because he was “mistaken” for a stray cat. This is irreversible. A gorgeous family cat only 5 months old mutilated and disfigured forever because the vet was too busy or distracted to look at his record. Needless to say we did not consent to any permanent marking. The cat had a collar and a microchip, and just by looking at him you could tell he’s obviously an indoor cat. How can a professional not realise? It’s truly unbelievable. We are extremely upset and disappointed. We cannot recommend this clinic, and we strongly urge them to review their identification and consent procedures immediately. We’ll be issuing a formal complaint to the veterinary council.

I have been with The Animal Hospital for the last 12 years and have nothing but praise for the practice.I was there today with Michael and he always gives 100% with every visit.He is extremely patient and excellent with my dog.I never feel under pressure during my visits.My pet had to have surgery recently and he got the best of care.I have no hesitation in recommending The Animal Hospital.

Vets North in Helensville always explain my animals conditions as well as I can understand an give me the best advice with my animals welfare an interests at heart...sympathictly and compassionateley.they no all my animals by name and invite me to pop in with my Rottweilers whenever I'm in town with them and spoil them rotten!!!We'll done team!this is 3 of the 6 I own

Animal Hospital in Tallaght is the best vets I’ve been to and I have had dogs for 20 years. Michael is a brilliant vet and cares about the dog’s time in his company as well as their health. He is full of knowledge and very patient and makes sure the dog leaves with a positive experience. Delighted to have discovered this vets and will definitely be recommending!
