Absolutely excellent clinic. I attend there with my dog Sadie for her eye issues. The whole staffing team could not be more helpful or nicer. We’d be lost without them. Will do anything they can to assist with any issues your pet may have. My girl is very nervous and they always go out of their way to make her feel at ease.

My dog went in blind and came out with perfect vision! What more can I say. Fantastic from day 1 consultancy through all post op checks! From reception to nurses and Vets, a lovely experience. They even sorted out my insurance claim! Thanks so much to the whole team!

A fantastic facility for veterinary care, and a place that really emphasised care for cats. The blanket and calming spray was a big help. It's also just a really pleasant and modern veterinary clinic. My cat had blood pressure monitoring and the vet explained they would give him some time in their cattery to calm down before taking the readings. He came back very zen and chill which is unlike him so I guess he had a nice time!

After a few negative experiences with my previous vet, we moved over to Primose a few years ago and the service provided is exceptional from the reception, nurses and vets. My dog is very anxious and he gets the perfect approach of attention from the staff in Primrose. A fantastic team and I can trust that my dog is in the best hands.

We were referred up from our local vet to Primrose Hill for an issue with our puppy's eye. We saw Niamh who was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring about the matter. The service was excellent, on par with a human opthalmologist. Couldn't recommend more.

Mike has looked after my cavachon/baby Charlie for the last 5 years, he took him on in the middle of Covid while I was going thru cancer treatment... I live alone and I couldn't ask for support from family and friends as I went thru treatment as it was the height of the pandemic.. Charlie was always there waiting by the door everyday I drove home after treatment... With the best of cuddles and when I went to Mike to help Charlie with his eyesight I cannot tell you how amazing he was, he will never know how I grateful I was then and to this day...
