After 20 years I have left this practice...vets who are cold & indifferent and receptionist who are patronising, rude & arrogant. Sadly I would Not reccomend this vetinary practice as its all about the money... high cost visits not the animals or the owners of animal. A bit more care ...less rudeness goes a long way.

Brought my dog to the vet today as an emergency as my vet was booked up, was told 65 euro for consultation and medication. Seen vet who was extremely rude and not helpful then went out to be greeted by a very rude receptionist and to be told its 101 euro with his pro biotic which I don't think he even needed. Explained to the girl I was told 65 euro on phone and she was very rude and unhelpful. Will not be returning

The staff here are absolutely amazing! My cat had dental surgery recently, and began to bleed profusely from the surgery site the following day. We couldn’t bring her to our vet, as their practice is closed during the weekend. We called All Care Veterinary Walkinstown, and they were able to see us last minute despite us not being registered patients with their practice, they stayed back 30 minutes after closing to make sure my cat was looked after, the staff were so helpful, kind and professional, and my cat is doing much better. They even called to check in and see how see was keeping a few days after, I am so grateful and satisfied with the service, I cannot recommend this veterinary enough!!! 10/10 🙏🏻

I haven’t had a great experience in this vet overall over the years. They’re very cold & have no sympathy but the last time I was there was the worst. I went to pick up my very sick dog one evening to bring him to ucd hoping for a miracle. The vet told me he had another client & that if I wanted to go with my dog to just go otherwise he would be back in a few minutes. When I left the room there was no one on reception so I just left. I got a call from them a while later saying I didn’t pay the bill & my exact words were “I’m on the way to ucd with my dying dog, I’ll pay it tomorrow” & her reply was that it was a considerable amount & I couldn’t leave without paying. I told her I was driving & again said that I would pay tomorrow. She asked if there was someone in the car with me who could pay over the phone, I told her she had my address & she could come find me if I didn’t pay it. I’ve never ever left without paying in all the years I’ve been going there. No consideration at all. I’ll never go back there. So like I told them today when I went to pay “I hope she can rest now that the considerable amount is paid while I’m left with a receipt & an empty collar”

My beautiful lurcher loki my best friend my reason to live ♥️ went in for a routine xray on his back leg as he had what the vet mairead thought was ligament damage. I left him in at 8am got a call at 10am to say that he was fine after the xray and I could collect him at 12. I went to collect him and I was left waiting for ages when mairead came out and told me he was dead from a suspected heart attack after been given the medication to bring him around quicker. I am undeniably devastated my whole life revolved around my loki. Please avoid this vet practice

I have been a client for over 30 years. The service and public relations has deteriorated so much I have (reluctantly) changed vets. Such a shame as this used to be such a great practice.

JUST WANTED TOO THANK THE AMAZING CARE MY CAT BABA GOT FROM THE STAFF IN ALL CARE VET WALKINSTOWN. I LOST MY BABA OF 16 YRS OLD AND MERICE ND HER WONDERFUL TEAM TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY BABYGIRL WHEN SHE WAS ILL. I HAD HER CREMATED AND MERICE ND MEGAN THE VETS ND THE VETNARY NURSES WERE BRILLIANT THE SUPPORT THEY GAVE ME MADE ME FEEL I WASNT ALONE IN GREAVING FOR MY BABA. SHE DIED ABOUT 4WKS AGO ND TODAY 30/4/25 I WENT TOO COLLECT HER ASHES. THEY WERE BRILLIANT. THANK YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤️ FOR TAKEING SUCH WONDERFUL CARE OF MY BABY BABA.

I started using this practice after my own vet retired. A friend recommended All Care and I am so glad that she did. The level of care is second to none. I have always been able to get an appointment at a time that suits me. Once, in an emergency situation, I was able to bring my dog straight in for treatment. They saved his life. All the vets and veterinary nurses that I have seen, have been very kind and gentle with my animals. As you can see from the photo, my dog is happy and comfortable in the waiting area and looking forward to seeing his favourite vet.
