An outstanding exotic vet practice! They squeezed me and my two guinea pigs in for a last minute appointment and were unbelievably kind when I showed up almost an hour late because of awful traffic. The entire team was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, truly the best exotic vets around. Filipe was brilliant. He answered every single one of my questions with care and expertise, making me feel completely reassured. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Parlmerstown vets is a brilliant. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and thorough and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other pet owners. I've just come to automatically expect a brilliant service every time I go there now and that's not something I could say about many other businesses or services I deal with. They honestly seem to love what they do and it shows in the way they care for pets and their owners. The response time on pets app is also brilliant. It's great to use when you just have a quick question or want to order repeat prescriptions. Well done to everyone at Palmerstown vets!

Thank you Charis and Dr Filipe for helping me with my sick betta fish. In the end it was just his time to go I suppose but at least I know we tried to cure him. He passed away peacefully resting on a leaf. I really appreciate the depth and breadth of your knowledge of animals, especially fish. They deserve to live happy healthy lives too and I'm glad Palmerstown Vet is an option for those of us with fishie friends in our family.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism at Palmerstown Vet. When my cat, Juno, needed a procedure, I was kept fully informed throughout the entire process. The veterinarian contacted me before, during, and after the procedure to explain each step clearly and ensure I was reassured. They even followed up the next day to check on Juno’s recovery. I was provided with a detailed cost estimate upfront, with no unexpected or unnecessary charges. Their transparency, communication, and genuine care for animals are truly commendable.

I was very anxious about seeing an exotic vet for my Royal Python "Creon" as I had never been to one before. Dr Filipe Martinho was absolutely brilliant. He Couldn't have been more helpful in his health check and came across extremely professional. Very kind and Gentle with a huge amount of Knowledge about all reptiles.I Would highly recommend. Very lucky to be registered here.

can’t recommend Palmerstown Vet enough! I have three ferrets, and finding a vet experienced with exotic animals isn’t always easy—but they are truly exceptional. The vets are highly knowledgeable, professional, and experienced, which gives me complete confidence in their care. What truly sets them apart, though, is their kindness. Everyone at the clinic is warm, patient, and genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure both pets and owners feel at ease.
