• •Urgent and proactive care stands out in the newest reviews, including one account of a dog being quickly identified as needing emergency surgery, with strong communication and careful follow-up.
• •Gentle handling and clear explanations are recurring themes, with Dr. Orla praised for helping an extremely anxious dog relax and Natalia praised for a friendly, professional consultation.
• •Mary continues to attract especially strong praise for acupuncture, long-term continuity of care, kindness, and sensitive end-of-life support.
