I had a very disturbing experience with this clinic and I feel it is important to warn other pet owners. I brought my cat here because he was unwell and the clinic performed a blood test. I was told his red blood cell level was extremely low (12) and that he was very sick and unlikely to recover. The vet even suggested that I should consider euthanasia so he could “die in peace.” I was devastated and crying because I believed I was about to lose my cat. Thankfully I decided to take him to an emergency clinic for a second opinion. They repeated the blood test immediately and the result showed his red blood cell level was 29, which is close to normal. Because of this, he did NOT need oxygen therapy or a blood transfusion. If I had followed the advice given by this clinic and agreed to euthanasia, my cat could have died unnecessarily. I also pay for their monthly health plan, which is supposed to include certain services like blood tests. However, every time tests are needed I am told they are not covered and I receive additional expensive bills. This experience caused me extreme emotional distress and nearly cost my pet his life. I strongly advise other pet owners to always seek a second opinion if they receive serious or life-changing diagnoses.

Great service at Just cats, reception perfect for cats and I was welcomed with a smile and a pleasant greeting for me and my cat Kiki. The service and care is 100% I would give Just Cats top marks for their care, professionalism and knowledge in all subjects relation to cats. Great team well done all. Thank you Shane & Kiki.

I bring my two old ladies in to get their solensia every month and the staff are always warm and friendly and happy to address any extra concerns I might have. Noodle and Larry are always spoiled with treats.
