Urban vets were so excellent with helping with an emergency visit for my old Pomeranian Rocco and he unfortunately was euthanized due to his condition. The staff at urban vets made us feel comfortable during this horrible situation and made sure Rocco got his peaceful send off! After the amazing service with Rocco, I decided to move my other dog Kali which since then they have done an amazing job catching her up with all her worming tablets and injections and as she is a nervous dog, they have made her feel so relaxed and comfortable during these check ups! I couldn’t recommend urban vets enough

Amazing vet clinic. The staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. They were with us every step of the way, making sure we felt reassured and informed while our precious family member was in their care. We couldn't have asked for better service and support. Couldn’t recommend the staff more! We were with another vet and for 6-8 months our little dog was going through medication and treatment but getting more and more sick (and bills going up that we couldn’t sustain) We decided to get a second opinion with Urban Vets and for the first time - the vets actually listened to us. Within 2 weeks our dog was back to himself and the problem was finally treated instead of the symptoms. The communication and aftercare was next to none. Particularly love that they’ve a WhatsApp option for updates if your dog is going into surgery. Massively helps that he isn’t fearful going into the vets anymore and we’re not fearful bringing him. Nidge is a big fan of all the girls ❤️

Absolutely excellent staff, service, but above all caring. Ruby is very nervous of vets and having tried a few, this is the one who she is so relaxed with. From the reception staff who play with her and put her at ease to the very professional vets who operated on her and gave her fantastic aftercare. We have found our family vet! THANKS

Car friendly vet. Separate waiting area for cats, as well as a cat only treatment room with feliway calming diffuser. The vet took their time to comfort my cats and gave them plenty of treats to distract them. Also was made aware of the dental care of my cats, which I did not get from our previous vet. Overall a reassuring experience and I feel confident this place will take the best care of my cats.
